Tart and earthy sour with a bright citrus zing and a lush underlying fruityness, just like our maginificent rooster Prince. 5% ABV, 355ml cans. This is a tribute to our noble rooster Prince, we thought he deserved a beer in his honour! Brewed with 150kg of beetroot from our mates at Bush Organics, local Gippsland lemons and a creamy lick of vanilla.
