Danville’s Monocord – 3/0

Description From Danville Flytying Products of the USA comes their  3/0 MONOCORD WAXED THREAD. This is a very strong, very easy to work with fly tying thread. Danville Monocord is rated at a 3/0 but does tie fairly slim – very popular for saltwater and larger steelhead and salmon flies. Very strong with minimal stretch;  measured at 115 denier with a breaking strength of over 25 oz.   It doesn’t split and spread out like other threads. Each spool contains 100 yards.
