Gordons Griffiths Sheer Thread – 14/0

Description From Gordon Griffiths, now owned by Veniard, comes SHEER THREAD. This is a very fine tying thread; it is lightly waxed and has surprising strength, certainly as strong as many 8/0 threads on the market. Fine thread obviously results in very little build up, small and neat heads and Sheer 14/0 splits very easily for inserting dubbing or CDC fibres,  giving you a much neater fly rather than having to throw on a dubbing loop as when working with many other threads. The thread is supplied on “standard” sized spools – 100 metres per spool.
