Description This is an original Abel Supreme Vise. The Vise was made by Steve Abel in the late 1990s’ as far as I know. This had a very limited production run. It has had a few owners prior to me: Aaron Hirchorn and Mark Romero. Mark bought this from Aaron. I bought this from Mark’s wife. It has been used very little but it has aged. If you look at the jaws there are no chips in it. The original o rings are gone and I replaced those with a new set. The bobbin rest is missing, there is no warranty card or travel case. The original stem knob was replaced with a very unique knob. The knob was made by Dean Childs of Wasatch Tools and the fly embedded in the knob was tied by Don Bastion. All of the people that owned, made or were involved with this have passed away. This is truly one of a kind and it is an heirloom.
