Description From the Swiss CDC Company of Riazzino, Switzerland comes ARCTIC FUR. Known to you and me as Seals Fur, this is a blend of natural hair from the far Northern continents of the world… The fur is taken from adult animals, making this dubbing especially dense and resilient. Only after careful cleaning and disinfecting, the mix of hair is either dyed or lightened, depending on the final colour. Most importantly, no chemicals are used in the dying process; just natural organic ingredients such as Onion Skins and Pomegranate seeds. The end result are some wonderfully natural looking colours – the “Naples Ochre” being a warm, golden Olive; the “Raw Umber” being a slatey grey Olive; the “Indian Red” being a pinkish brown and the “Pompeian Red”being a warm reddish orange. With the natural translucency of seals fur and the natural colours from the dying process, this “arctic fur” has an incredible diversity of uses, from the finest dry pattern to the most refined nymph – you will love the ease of use – remember, as with all Seals Fur, a little goes a long way! Try mixing the fur to create different colours, or add a pinch of Argentinian Hare … The selection box contains half a gram of each colour.
