As well as dubbing onto thread, the material has a long enough staple that it can be used for wings, shucks and collars on patterns. Try tying in a bundle of Lite Brite at the head of your pattern and fold it back over on itself and take a couple more thread wraps – creates a superb shoulder to the fly. Also – form your body with your favourite blend of hare dubbing and dub over that with Lite Brite – then go to work on the fly with some velcro.
