These are super realistic synthetic bodies with tails already built in – constructed from long staple dry fly dubbing, wrapped around a mandrel then cemented to make then surprisingly robust. The bodies are hollow and contain air bubbles – they act like a buoyancy aid helping to keep your fly on the surface. The bodies are flexible, soft and easy to tie in – and they will take a permanent marker so the basic colour can be enhanced very easily!
