Pre cut long, long strips of vinyl like material – simply snip out a strand, catch in and wrap up the hook shank. Each strand is a full 4 1/2 inches ( 11 cm) in length! The strands have a light and a dark edge, just like a natural stripped peacock quill so these look very realistic. Coat with a thin layer of UV Resin and you have a superb looking, very robust quill bodied fly. The “XL” sheets are ideal for stonefly patterns – each pack contains 16 strips – 2 mm and 3 mm wide.
