Description Sourced from a variety of reputable suppliers comes DEER BELLY HAIR. Deer belly hair comes from a whitetail deer and is a bright white colour in its natural state. This white hair takes dyes extremely well, which produces a strong, deep colour. Belly hair has a relatively large diameter compared with the hair from the back of the animal, making it a bit harder to work with (than body hair), but the thicker wall also makes this hair more durable. The hair has been dyed superbly, giving you a great range of bright primary and natural colours for spinning to create bugs and coloured muddlers. Each patch measures 2 1/2″ by 2 1/2″ – the hair is approx. 2″ in length.
