The main advantage over conventional round wire is that the flat surface reflects light a lot more – and also offers little more strength. Ideal for ribbing bodies, it cuts less into dubbing,which enhances the ribbing effect even more. Flat wire therefore combines the effect of tinsel and the strength and added weight of wire! This “Medium” version is ideal for medium / large patterns such as nymphs, lake patterns, small lures and streamers. 16 Metres ( 17 Yards) of flat wire per spool.
