Description From the USA comes this amazing material – BAITFISH EMULATOR FLASH. The material comprises of a superb mix of differently textured thin mylars with a specially treated edge for winding. The make-up is approx. 20% pearlescent cactus chenille fibres with the rest being clear fibres. This results in the dyed packs of baitfish Flash having a real intense depth of colour but as the pearl fibres do not take the dye so strongly, the pearl gives it a real sparkle and flash. All you need to do to make baitfish and other patterns is wind Emulator Flash two or three turns, tie off, add some Holographic Eyes then form a head with UV Resin and you have a great fish catching fly! Try using the Fish Skulls for a superb weighted pattern ! As the material is man made and will not rot in water and is very strong, why not substitute Baitfish Emulator for more traditional materials like bucktail on your baitfish flies. The length of the fibres is 3″ – a minimum of 30″ of material per pack.
