Description From Cottarelli of Italy comes their HACKLE TWISTING TOOL. Primarily designed for getting the most from a CDC plume, the tool can be used for other hackles that have a soft supple stem. The tool consists of three stainless steel needles fixed in a steel handle – simply slot the tip of a CDC plume in between the needles and gently twist the handle whilst holding the but of the feather – you can “roll up” the feather and then ease the material ot of the needles.
